Day 1 - UK to Seattle
Fly from the UK to Seattle, Washington State. You will be transferred to your downtown hotel and the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2 - Day Exploring Seattle
Enjoy a full day to explore Seattle at your leisure. The city has several exciting experiences for you to enjoy including travelling to the top of Space Needle where you can take in the panoramic views of the city, ocean and mountains in the distance. Visit Chihuly Garden and Glass showcasing glass sculptures or take a tour around the Boeing Factory.

Day 3 - Seattle to Olympic National Park (177 miles)
Collect your hire vehicle in downtown Seattle and head west to Olympic National Park on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. Follow the Olympic Highway through old-growth forests past Lake Crescent and along the Pacific Coast to Kalaloch Lodge.

Day 4 - Explore Olympic National Park
Explore the great outdoors from Kalaloch Lodge. Here you can take forest hikes, explore tidal pools and miles of wild beach. There are ranger-led interpretive walks to some of the park’s highlights as well as whale-watching in April, May, October and November.

Day 5 - Olympic National Park to Cannon Beach (174 miles)
Drive south to Cannon Beach, Oregon, a small coastal town where the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash on the long, sandy shore. Haystack Rock lies just off shore and dominates scenic coastal views. Tufted Puffins make the rock their home between April and July each year. Hotel: Surfsand Resort, Cannon Beach  
Day 6 - Cannon Beach to Gleneden Beach (90 miles)
Continue south to Salishan Spa and Golf Resort. Spend two days at leisure at this beautiful property, surrounded by Oregon’s coastal forest. Hike the miles of trails, try local craft beers or Oregon’s Pinot Noir. There is an 18-hole golf course and a full-service spa onsite for you to enjoy.

Day 7 - Explore Oregon’s Coast
Gleneden Beach is one of several small coastal communities that you can visit in the area. Hike through some of the Pacific Coast state parks or take long walks along the wild Pacific beaches, you might be lucky enough to spot seals or other wildlife along the way. Alternatively, relax at the resort and enjoy the facilities on offer.

Day 8 - Gleneden Beach to Grants Pass (261 miles)
On your drive to Grants Pass we recommend you stop in Eugene, famed for its art scene and Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art. The town offers several galleries and green spaces along the Willamette River. Other attractions include strolling through rhododendrons in Hendricks park or a scenic drive through the areas wine country.

Day 9 - Explore Grants Pass
The town of Grants Pass is located close to California’s northern border and on the Rogue River. The river is primed for adventure, from rafting and jet boating to fishing. We recommend the self-guided historic walking tour, a visit Hellgate Canyon or following the Applegate Valley Wine Trail.

Day 10 - Grants Pass to Bend via Crater National Park (173 miles)
Today’s drive to Bend will take you through the dramatic Cascades Mountains and Crater Lake National Park. For one of the finest caldera views we suggest you visit Sinnot Memorial Overlook hidden below the Rim Visitor Centre. You can take the 33-mile Rim Drive where there are several viewpoints along the way, perfect for a lunchtime picnic.

Day 11 - Day at leisure at Sunriver Resort
Bend is an outdoor sports enthusiast’s playground, not only does the sun shine for 300 days of the year, the area is home to more than 25 golf courses, 150 rivers and lakes suitable for fly-fishing and miles of hiking and biking trails. Sunriver Resort is a destination hotel with horseback riding, a marina with kayaks and canoes, pools and a spa.

Day 12 - Day at leisure at Sunriver Resort
Another full day for you to explore the area’s attractions or enjoy the facilities of the resort. The resort offers over 40-miles of bike paths through the forest and along the Deschutes River, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and giant zero-entry resort pool among many other amenities.

Day 13 - Bend to Portland (179 miles)
Your drive to Portland will take you past the glacier clad dormant volcano of Mt Hood. The Mount Hood National Forest is home to alpine lakes and glacial creeks. If time permits, we recommend continuing north to the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and following the Columbia River to Portland.

Day 14 - Explore Portland
This delightful city, although Oregon’s largest, is known for its laid-back atmosphere, parks, bike paths, eco-friendly outlook and microbreweries. Portland offers tax-free shopping as well as walking, river and helicopter tours and an innovative dining scene including several street food carts.

Day 15 - Return to UK
Enjoy a last few hours in Portland before returning your rental vehicle to the airport depot in time for your flight back to the UK.
