Sacsayhuaman is an imposing fortress that overlooks Cuzco. The magnificent structure is believed to have functioned as a gigantic solar calendar during the times of the Incan empire.

One of South America’s most spectacular landmarks, the falls are sandwiched between the Brazilian and Argentinian borders with lush, dense rainforest on either side.
