Singapore Holidays

A holiday to the island state of Singapore, also known as the Garden City, is a good introduction to the Far East and is a popular stopover destination for any Far East holiday.

Most visitors stay for at least two or three nights to fully experience this vibrant metropolis. Much more than just shopping in a high-rise cityscape, Singapore boasts superb restaurants, numerous attractions and the renovated areas of the city are especially pretty.

An eye-catching city, Singapore offers plenty of photo opportunities. There are stark contrasts between old and new, with glittering skyscrapers, preserved colonial buildings, ultra modern shopping malls and authentic street markets co-existing harmoniously side by side.

Try out your bargaining skills in Little India where you’ll find an array of multi-cultural shops and stalls. The more traditional areas of the city have been tastefully maintained and carefully preserved to retain its proud culture and heritage.

During any stay in Singapore you are sure to be amazed by the variety of worldwide cuisine on offer, from Chinese, Malay and Indonesian food to hot curries from Southern India and some of the finest Italian cooking outside of Italy. Many of the restaurant settings are both lively and unique.

The quality of the hotels in Singapore and the surrounding region is exceptional and our travel specialists have selected hotels that offer extra value promotions from May to September. Our unique holiday collection also features the Indonesian island of Bintan, situated just one hour by ferry south of Singapore.

We have a selection of Multi Centre holidays to give you a taste of some of the itineraries we offer or to give you ideas about your tailor-made holiday.

Please call our Far East travel specialists for details about tailor-made Far East holidays and tours.
