The Superior Rooms are located on the hillside and are octagonal or square in shape, offering ocean and/or Piton views. Standard Rooms offer either garden or partial ocean views and are slightly smaller than the Superior Rooms. Each feature either twin or queen/king beds and can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children.
The air conditioned rooms are extremely spacious with either two double beds or one king-size bed. These rooms feature en suite bathroom, louvre windows and large balcony or patio. Each room offers tropical garden views and are just a few feet away from the water's edge. These rooms can accommodate up to two adults and three children.
These spacious hardwood timber rooms are individually designed, some are open-air in style with the fourth wall missing offering spectacular views. Some have a separate living room and bedroom, others are open plan. Each room features a king-size bed, wooden louvres, balcony and large en suite bathroom. Views are of the Pitons and/or ocean, these rooms can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children.
Anse Chastanet's re-branded Casuarina suite features a brand new 160 squarefoot pool surrounded by a 135-square deck in the middle of the hillside resortwith its breathtaking views of the storied Piton mountains.The spacious bedroom with walk-in closet opens to a 420-square foot open walled patio-living room area. The grand bathroom, also with a Piton view, features a "Couples Shower" with "His" and "Hers" rain shower heads.
Tree House Restaurant- With views towards the foliage and the sea, these two tree houses are the perfect places to enjoy the tropical world dinner menu served daily (except for Tuesday) and also, breakfast (daily)
Emeralds- Delicious vegetarian cuisine such as plantain satay is served here daily (dinner) except for Tuesdays
Trou au Diable- Located on the Anse Chastanet beach, lunch is served here daily and dishes include; salads, sandwiches and burgers as well as local dishes! On Tuesday evenings, there is a cocktail reception and Caribbean evening here
Aspara- Here guests can enjoy Indian cuisine (open all evenings except Tuesdays)
Trou au Diable Beach Grill- Enjoy a grill menu at the beach bar on all evenings except Tuesdays
Jungle Grill- Located on Anse Mamin beach, the Jungle Grill is open 10am-4pm daily except Saturday when it opens from 12-3pm

The Anse Chastanet Hotel is located in the north of Soufriere in 600 acres of land. It has been described as the most romantic hotel in the Caribbean and for this reason, makes an amazing honeymoon getaway. It is the only resort in St Lucia which boasts views of the Piti and Gros Piton Mountains above the Caribbean Sea.
The Premium Hillside Rooms are ideal for honeymoon visitors to the Anse Chastanet because they are positioned high up and offer great views of the Piton Mountains and the sea. For those who prefer a beachfront location, there are Deluxe Beachside Rooms available.
During the daytime, you can relax on the beach or enjoy some of the activities that the Anse Chastanet has to offer. There are 12 miles of private biking trails in the jungle and complimentary guided hikes of the estate. You and your loved one may enjoy a romantic trip on the resort’s sailing yacht or on Thursdays, the Jazzy Champagne Sunset Cruise on which you can watch the sunset whilst listening to jazz music and sipping champagne. The water sports centre offers complimentary windsurfing and sunfish sailing boats as well as, ocean kayaks. Beginner lessons are available on request. In addition, take some time to enjoy spa treatments in the Kai Belte Spa situated on the beach level. There are special treatments for couples, ‘Romance Ritual’ and ‘Couples Massage’ which honeymoon couples may like to try. Couples can also learn basic Swedish massage with the ‘Mini Massage Course for Couples’. Ayurvedic treatments are also available at the Kai Belte Spa.
Dining at Anse Chastanet is varied and delightful. Caribbean fine dining is served in two open air tree houses whilst other dining options include; Vegetarian menus, Indian buffets and beachside grills. There are two bars open everyday offering many different types of alcohol. For a more romantic meal, organise to dine under the stars in the Kai Mer cottage or by the water’s edge.
Children less than 10 years old are not accommodated at the Anse Chastanet, except in July-September, children over 6 years old are permitted.
