Situated in the heart of the 450,000 hectare Palmwag concession, the Desert Rhino Camp has a prime location for a Namibian wildlife holiday. This area is home to beautiful landscapes and one of the largest free-roaming populations of Black rhino in Africa.
Stay in one of eight meru-styled canvas tents with verandas overlooking the rugged, rocky landscape of Damaraland. All tents have large double beds with mosquito nets and en suite bathrooms.
Activities here are focussed on the Black rhino and you will be given the option of tracking the rhino by foot or by vehicle. You can also take part in game drives in search of other desert adapted wildlife as well as guided nature walks. You will also be given the opportunity to meet the conservation and research team of the Save The Rhino Trust.
