CUISINE IN A TREEHOUSE

In the Piti Piton and Treehouse Restaurant executive chef John Bentham has created an awardwinning fusion of Caribbean and world cuisine. Working with local farmers and growing its own fresh herbs and fruits in the ruins of a former plantation, the restaurant offers a delightful mix of Caribbean, French and Mediterranean flavours. Lunch can be taken in the casual Trou au Diable Restaurant by the beach.
