Chelinda Lodge is situated in the middle of the high grasslands of the Nyika Plateau, one of Africa's most dramatic landscapes in the far north of Malawi. The rolling plains extend for miles and the views from the plateau's steep edges defy description.

HORSEBACK TRAILS

In this outstanding natural setting at over 2000 metres and beautifully landscaped on the hillside, the lodge comprises 8 luxurious log cabin suites, each with fireplace and interlinked by wooden walkways to the central area. In addition to the walks, game drives,fishing and the bird watching there are horseback trails where comfortable tented camps are set up in the most remote areas of the park for an exceptional wilderness experience.
