Lying on an island at the very heart of the Okavango, Jao Camp embodies all of the magic and mystique of the Delta. With habitats that vary from waterways and lagoons to dry Kalahari grasslands, this camp, entirely raised on wooden decks, provides both land and water experiences depending on the Okavango's flood levels.

Guests are accommodated in 9 beautiful canvas and thatch rooms built under a canopy of shady trees. Each has full en-suite facilities with outdoor shower and a veranda with spectacular views over the floodplains. Raised walkways connect the rooms to the main area where there is an outdoor boma for dining under the stars, complemented by an excellent wine cellar.
