The Yria Resort Hotel is pretty as a picture, built in the style of a tradtional Cycladic village with dazzling white-washed walls, meandering pathways and lush gardens with pergolas and fragrant flower beds. Situated on the unspoiled island of Paros, Yria lies hidden in the heart of Parasporos Bay, the home of the 4th century church of 100 doors.

This boutique hotel, part of the ‘Small Luxury Hotels of The World’ offers 64 rooms and suites, interiors are elegant with sophisticated décor and rich fabrics, most have verandas with either garden or sea views.

The setting is conducive to a holiday of pure relaxation, relax around the refreshing pool framed by palm trees, enjoy holistic treatments and therapies at the Spa Suite, where facilities include an open air spa area with steam bath, colour therapy shower, plunge pool and treatment rooms. Just one hundred metres away you will find the secluded beach. For the more active there is the gym and tennis court.

During the daytime the open-air sea view pool lounge serves fresh juices, snacks and delicacies throughout the day until the sun has melted in to the horizon. In the evenings the Selini Bar transforms to a sophisticated cocktail bar where you can enjoy poolside pre-dinner cocktails. Nefeli Restaurant offer casual poolside all day dining, with an emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine.

Yria can be accessed from the UK by flying to Athens and taking an additional flight to Paros (summer season only), by flying to Mykonos and taking 30 minute-1 hour ferry journey or by flying to Santorini and taking a high speed ferry for 1.5 hours or a regular ferry, lasting 3 hours. The island of Paros makes a great twin centre holiday with Santorini or Mykonos.

This two storey structure is a great for a family with stairs connecting the two bedrooms and there are also separate exterior entrance doors. Bedrooms have a bathroom, balcony and veranda.
