Customer Hotel Reviews

Chetan Shah says:

Everything went so smoothly as scheduled. Khao Lak and in particular the Sarojin was probably the highlight for us. The resort had a great balance of peacefulness but still enough going on with really attentive service. The 9am - 5pm a la carte breakfast was atreat and a great idea as you never find yourself rushing to get up in the morning! Also, whilst the food was great at Sarojin, there are plenty of other dining options just round the corner on both sides of the beach which was nice on days you wanted a change.I would thoroughly recommend this destination and hotel and we will definitely look to visit this place again!

Our guide Nong at Elephant Hills was wonderful, the accommodation and food was also excellent. We very much enjoyed Thailand and the Sarojin all day breakfast in particular was 'uniquely perfect'.

We are having the most AMAZING time and truly cannot thank you enough for putting it all together for us. We got a room upgrade when we got here to the Lady Sarojin suite! It is absolutely beautiful. Was a little hesitant to start with as the outside space is a bit smaller, i remember we'd talked about it on the phone when i was booking, but we do have our own plunge pool and the room is so gorgeous, and enormous, that we couldn't resist.

Our dream holiday! The Sarojin was absolutely stunning. The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, it was excellent in every way. AIl the hotels we stayed in were very accommodating about our dietary requirements.
Julie Mathews could not have been more helpful during the booking process and after sales service. She was fantastic!

We went to Elephant Hills camp from 15th March - it was fabulous.

You booked us extra time at the camp which we absolutely loved.

Also you chose excellent hotels either side of the holiday - the Dusit Thani was beautiful and I cannot say how gorgeous the Sarojin at Kao Lak was.  We were upgraded at both hotels and the room at the Sarojin was bigger than our home!!!  The quality and service was perfect.

If you need me to do any references or comments for you, just ask.

It was worth every single penny and without your help we could not have made the arrangements.

thank you.

Julie,
Sorry never got back in touch but just to say thanks for organising the holiday – we had such a great time and the hotel (5* The Sarojin, Thailand) was fantastic – we got completely spoilt.

Let me know if you ever want a reference for your holiday company as you were brilliant and everyone worked out really well!

Thanks,
Kate

Ms Deeken says:

We had a fantastic time in Thailand. Thank you so much for all your advise and help. The hotels were great, people amazing, food outstanding...we had a fabulous time. the weather was a bit shaky sometimes and all the locals seem to be very puzzled by it, saying it's never like that at this time of year, but in the end it didn't really matter...I loved it and i would love to plan my next trip now!

Also, just to let you know...if you are not on honeymoon then I really don't think you need the pool villa at the Sarojin. We never used it, since the beach was so fantastic!

Thank you so much again!

How To Book

How do I talk to a specialist in Thailand holidays?

We are happy to give you a call back to discuss your holiday at a convenient time for you or we welcome you to come to our office in central London to discuss your holiday in detail.

Why use our specialist service?

Our destination experts provide a personalised service to tailormake your dream holiday. Within our experienced team we have visited most of the properties we feature and will be able to give you expertise and specialist knowledge from our first hand experience. You will be offered a direct telephone number, so you are able to speak to the same specialist from the time you pick up the phone until your documents are sent out.

Do I have to travel on certain dates and only do the itineraries suggested?

No, we tailormake all our holidays and subject to availability you will be able to travel on any date. The itineraries and holidays on our website are for inspiration and are suggestions only, you can change any aspect according to your personal requirements and available spend.

How far in advance should I book my holiday?

Many customers are under the illusion that booking late secures the best prices. This is often not the case and it is advisable to book early especially if travelling in peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter or school holidays. Many hotels and airlines actually offer special “Early Booking Offers” so you are able to secure the best price early on.

I don’t know what board basis to book. Can I eat out locally, should I consider All Inclusive?

It's always a difficult decision to make before you travel. Call one of our destination experts, who will be happy to advise you on local restaurants and prices you can expect to pay in resort.

What can I do when I get there?

There are many excursions, activities and highlights that are not to be missed out on, whilst in the country. Please contact our experts for advise on whether to prebook these before travel.

What financial protection do you offer?

When booking through Western and Oriental, if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or you have a problem in resort it is our responsibility you are taken care of. We offer a 24 hour emergency number to assist with any issues you may have in resort and all of our flight inclusive holidays are financially protected through ATOL bonding for your protection.
