Expertly fusing the luxuries of a Caribbean beach holiday with that of a wellness retreat, The BodyHoliday has certainly earned its place as one of the most popular resorts in the Caribbean. Tucked away on the upmarket Cap Estate in the north of Saint Lucia, arriving here is to leave the stresses and strains of everyday life firmly behind.
Make time for your complimentary daily spa treatment and for the rest of your day, you can do as much or as little as you like. The experience is designed to offer every means possible to enhance your sense of wellbeing; be it the fresh and delicious food, plentiful activities, relaxation classes or spa treatments. Of course, lying back on the gorgeous whitesand beach with a good book is always a good option.
A fresh and balanced dining ethos permeates throughout the resort’s five eateries, with the highlight being TAO – an award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant. The equally award-winning wellness centre is a haven of relaxation amidst its Moorish-design. Accommodation is pleasingly simple, but the true draw is what the resort offers. So be sure to explore.
