Hotel Overview

Insider's View

  • By staying at Shinta Mani Club you're contributing towards the local community. A percentage of the room rate is donated to the Shinta Mani Foundation that supports many community projects. One of these projects is the School of Hospitality, located within the hotel grounds, that trains underprivileged young Cambodians in all aspects of hotel operations, providing them the skills to secure employment and to enjoy a brighter future.

Boasting an ideal location within strolling distance of central Siem Reap, and just 15 minutes away from the Angkor temples, Shinta Mani Club is a sophisticated boutique hotel. As you would expect from acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, its design and decor is contemporary and quirky yet inspired by its Angkorian setting.

You're made to feel incredibly welcome at Shinta Mani Club. Service is genuinely warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The 39 rooms are stylish and chic, with modern artwork showcasing the images of Angkor. Deluxe Rooms are slightly larger than Superior Rooms. The Superior Poolside Rooms are located just steps from the swimming pool. For extra space book a Deluxe Living Room that offers more living space with enough room for an extra bed.

After an early start exploring the temples, return to Shinta Mani Club for eggs benedict in the hotel's Kroya Restaurant and a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. Following your afternoon sightseeing head to Bensley's Bar and chat over the day's highlights before visiting the spa for a revitalising Khmer Coffee Scrub. For dinner, Kroya serves modern Cambodian dishes - choose a table in the chic dining area or a suspended dining swing on the terrace. For a memorable Khmer culinary experience enjoy the Khmer Tasting Menu that follows the seasons and local harvest.

How far in advance should I book my holiday?

Many customers are under the illusion that booking late secures the best prices. This is often not the case and it is advisable to book early especially if travelling in peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter or school holidays. Many hotels and airlines actually offer special “Early Booking Offers” so you are able to secure the best price early on.

I don’t know what board basis to book. Can I eat out locally, should I consider All Inclusive?

What can I do when I get there?

There are many excursions, activities and highlights that are not to be missed out on, whilst in the country. Please contact our experts for advise on whether to prebook these before travel.

What financial protection do you offer?

When booking through Western and Oriental, if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or you have a problem in resort it is our responsibility you are taken care of. We offer a 24 hour emergency number to assist with any issues you may have in resort and all of our flight inclusive holidays are financially protected through ATOL bonding for your protection.
