Hotel Overview

The Iberostar Ensenachos is the first resort to be built on this unspoiled island off the north coast of Cuba. Ensenachos is one of a string of islands connected to Cuba by a 54km long causeway over the sea.

The island is horseshoe in shape and the resort is built on a sweeping curve of powder white sand that stretches more than 2.6 kms in length. The 506 rooms and 46 suites are spread throughout three different sections of the resort, The Royal Hideaway, The Royal Spa and The Royal Suite. Each of the rooms in the Royal Hideaway and Royal Spa offer the same facilities and are hosued in two storey buildings built around private courtyards, each with their own private concierge service.

The Royal Spa guests benefit from additional extras such as a spa gift, one massage and facial and a special nightly turn down service when you stay for seven nights or more. The Royal Suites are for those seeking complete seclusion with each of the 46 suites housed in semi-detached cottages facing the water and offer the ultimate in luxury living, with a separate lounge and dining area, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.

Suzanne Chambers says:

An excellent hotel. Spa Suite was great although no double bed. Service was also excellent. A shame the Japanese restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Overall we had an excellent holiday!
