Filitheyo Island Resort is a delightful little paradise island, offering great value for money and is ideal for couples looking to unwind. Dotted around the island, the villas are designed to blend in with the natural surroundings.

On the beach, Superior Villas are semi-detached units; Deluxe Villas are slightly larger individual villas that face the sunset. Water Villas are set on stilts over the water with direct access from the sundeck into the sea.

The unspoilt Faafu atoll is a diver’s paradise and the well equipped Werner Lau Diving Centre boasts an international dive crew who are renowned for their expertise and friendly service. If you prefer to keep your head above water, choose from water sports including windsurfing, sailing or canoeing, whilst on land there's volleyball and table tennis.

After all that exercise retreat to the charming secluded spa for rejuvenation and relaxation. Start your evening with a happy hour cocktail under the shady palms at the Filitheyo Bar, before feasting on international cuisine at the main restaurant.

The All Inclusive supplement includes:

  • Lunch served at the Main Restaurant,
  • Afternoon Tea/Coffee with snacks served at the a la carte restaurant
  • Dinner served at the Main Restaurant.
  • Bottled water
  • Drinks served by the glass (including soft drinks, beer, house wine and pouring spirits**). Beverages to be served between 1000hrs and 0000hrs only. After midnight all consumed drinks will be charged at the normal price.
  • 2 excursions (Island Hopping & Sunset Fishing) per person per stay.

Restaurants & Bars

Main Restaurant - Offers cusine from all over the world in a buffet style. Menu changes every 14 days.

Sunset restaurant and bar - Offering juice, snacks, coffees, cocktails and wine, the sunset restaurant and bar it located at the tip of the island.

Filitheyo bar - Selection of beverages available. happy hours are between 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs.

Gourmet menu's - Only available for those celebrating a speacil occasion. Includes dinner on the beach, at poolside or a BBQ.

Superior Villas
Superior Villas are semi-detached featuring a four-poster king size bed or twin beds, private bathroom with open side (courtyard) and outdoor shower, daybed and private veranda with sun loungers facing towards the beach, set in lush vegetation.

Deluxe Villas
Deluxe villas are detached, separate villas and are more spacious than Superior Villas. They additionally feature a bathtub in the open-air bathroom.

Water Villas
Water Villas are the largest and most private category of room, being detached villas built on stilts over the lagoon, reached by a jetty walkway. Each has four poster king size bed or twin beds, bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and outdoor shower, wooden deck with daybed and sun loungers.

How do I talk to a specialist in Maldives holidays?

How far in advance should I book my holiday?

Many customers are under the illusion that booking late secures the best prices. This is often not the case and it is advisable to book early especially if travelling in peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter or school holidays. Many hotels and airlines actually offer special “Early Booking Offers” so you are able to secure the best price early on.

I don’t know what board basis to book. Can I eat out locally, should I consider All Inclusive?

What can I do when I get there?

There are many excursions, activities and highlights that are not to be missed out on, whilst in the country. Please contact our experts for advise on whether to prebook these before travel.

What financial protection do you offer?

When booking through Western and Oriental, if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or you have a problem in resort it is our responsibility you are taken care of. We offer a 24 hour emergency number to assist with any issues you may have in resort and all of our flight inclusive holidays are financially protected through ATOL bonding for your protection.
