Carlisle Bay Room Details
Spacious, split level suites with open plan bedroom with king bed and living room with garden views.
The suites have the same features as the Garden Suites and benefit from wonderful ocean views through the lofty palms.
Beach Balcony Suites
hese beachfront suites offer a master bedroom with king size bed, a living room and a separate study or second bedroom with twin beds. These suites feature a spacious balcony.
Beach Terrace Suites
These suites have the same features as the Beach Balcony Suites, located on the ground floor with a private terrace
Carlisle Suite A
This over-sized suite features three double bedrooms, two with kingisize beds and one with twin beds, all en-suite. The Carlisle Suite A also has a large living room, full kitchen and large full width balcony with ocean view, accessed through the living room and master bedroom.
Carlisle Suite B
This suite offers the same features as Carlisle Suite A, with the addition of a wrap-around balcony and ocean views from two of the double bedrooms.

No, we tailormake all our holidays and subject to availability you will be able to travel on any date. The itineraries and holidays on our website are for inspiration and are suggestions only, you can change any aspect according to your personal requirements and available spend.
How far in advance should I book my holiday?
Many customers are under the illusion that booking late secures the best prices. This is often not the case and it is advisable to book early especially if travelling in peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter or school holidays. Many hotels and airlines actually offer special “Early Booking Offers” so you are able to secure the best price early on.
I don’t know what board basis to book. Can I eat out locally, should I consider All Inclusive?

What financial protection do you offer?
When booking through Western and Oriental, if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or you have a problem in resort it is our responsibility you are taken care of. We offer a 24 hour emergency number to assist with any issues you may have in resort and all of our flight inclusive holidays are financially protected through ATOL bonding for your protection.

Indigo On The Beach - Set on the beach, this fabulous informal restaurant overlooks the Caribbean Sea and benefits from the warm ocean breezes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu features simply light and healthy food, grills, fresh seafood and salads. Beach barbeques and live entertainment are arranged once a week.
Opening hours - Daily between 7:00am -10:00pm
East - This striking restaurant serves an eclectic mix of Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and Indian cuisine. East also features a tandoor oven which gives meat, fish and vegetables a light and smoky flavour. A lunch menu is served by the pool and includes tandoor wraps, salads, soups, satays, sushi and sashimi. Dinner is served each evening.
Opening hours - Daily between 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Families with children under six years should be seated between 6:30pm - 7:15pm and leave shortly after 8:00pm
Ottimo - Delicious Italian fare is created in the authentic wood-burning pizza oven. Enjoy fresh salads, antipasti and homemade gelato poolside. A relaxed atmosphere and favourite with families and offering the 'Little Ottimo Menu' for the younger ones and an early dinner sitting for the children.
Opening hours - Daily for Lunch 11:30am - 3:00pm / Dinner 7:00pm - 9:30pm Tuesday and Saturdays during high season and high resort occpancy only
Jetty Grill - An adult only casual venue located by the pier offering light lunches, fresh grills and wine by the carafe. Open from 19 May 2014
Private Jetty Dinners - Private five course dinners are served on the Carlisle Bay jetty, a perfect surprise for that romantic evening. This is extremely popular especially with honeymooners so it is highly recommended that this is pre-booked prior to your arrival at Carlisle Bay.
