Hotel Overview

Opened in 2006, the Amarya Haveli is an intimate and boutique six room property located in the affluent neighbourhood of Hauz Khas, New Delhi. This converted large house has a European and Indian eclectic style decorated with unique treasures from around the country, thanks to its French owners.

Enjoy home-cooked meals prepared with local and fresh produce 24 hours a day at the Amarya Haveli with breakfast being a real highlight serving freshly baked breads, crepes and eggs any way you want. Other facilities at the property include in-room spa treatments, a laundry service and a Nespresso corner in the lounge.

With only six rooms, early booking is advised. Rooms are furnished with an en suite bathroom, two twins or one queen bed, soft robes, air conditioning-heating, a television, writing desk, natural bath products from Kerala and complimentary Wi-Fi. Each room is themed with a different colour; Jaipur Room has the best bathroom and is pink, Bodhgaya has views of the park and is green, Cochin has an outdoor area and is white and gold, Mumbai has a lounge area and is Bollywood themed, Gujarat has a hand-painted mural and is orange and Jodhpur is blue.

How far in advance should I book my holiday?

Many customers are under the illusion that booking late secures the best prices. This is often not the case and it is advisable to book early especially if travelling in peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter or school holidays. Many hotels and airlines actually offer special “Early Booking Offers” so you are able to secure the best price early on.

I don’t know what board basis to book. Can I eat out locally, should I consider All Inclusive?

When booking through Western and Oriental, if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or you have a problem in resort it is our responsibility you are taken care of.
