We had an excellent holiday! Very good service from Western & Oriental and from all the hotels. The Crowne Plaza and the Al Bustan Palace were both excellent.

Parminder & Colin Latimer says:
Alila hotel was perfect and personable. Al bustan palace was too businesslike and impersonal. We are decided on a more boutique hotel next time. Having said that the Al Bustan was set in a stunning location with great facilities. Both kerry and Claire were extremely helpful in making our decision and arranging our itinerary. It was a lovely holiday.

Mr Roger Williams says:
We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our holiday, from booking thru WandO to our return; even Heathrow Airport was running smoothly! The guides/representatives from Desert Adventures were extremely helpful and informative and looked after us very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Desert Night Camp. Our stay at the Al Bustan was very comfortable indeed, even producing a chocolate gateau on my birthday. Our only criticism would be the limited range of restaurants (either the full 3 course buffet, the Beach restaurant closed on 2 nights or Chinese). Other than that the staffs at the hotel are very polite and attentive. We plan to return to Oman in 2013.
