Jamaica Travel Guide

Why Jamaica?

Why Jamaica?

Why Jamaica?

Nestled in the very centre of the azure Caribbean Sea, Jamaica is a colourful Caribbean island with a bit of a difference; although it has the same white sandy beaches and searing sun that also draw visitors to its neighbouring islands, Jamaica also boasts the majestic Blue Mountains where the worlds best coffee is grown, outstanding coral reefs, and an utterly unique, influential culture that has become recognisable across the globe for its pioneering music, delicious food and inimitable Rastafarian spirit. Whether you want rest and relaxation on a palm-fringed beach, the chaos, colour and culture of a Caribbean city or the endless slew of activities and adventure available across the country’s diverse landscape, no one ever leaves Jamaica disappointed.

What is the best time to visit Jamaica?

What is the best time to visit Jamaica?

Jamaica has a typical Caribbean climate of year-round sunny weather, however it tends to be at its driest from mid-December through to April, coinciding with Britain’s cold, winter period. Be advised that the hurricane risk in Jamaica is at its highest in the months of September and October, although severe hurricanes are rare.
