A thin shard of Paradise adrift in the sapphire blue Caribbean sea, the northernmost Leeward island of Anguilla is awash with breathtakingly beautiful beaches and (being relatively undiscovered still) retains an endearing atmosphere of local authenticity which has begun to fade slightly on neighbouring islands. Alive with a melting pot of different cultures and an eclectic mix of clapboard shacks, elegant luxury vacation properties, lively local bars and chic restaurants, Anguilla provides the backdrop for a truly unique Caribbean holiday rounded off with all the sun, sea and sand you could wish for.
